If you wish to return one of your items you will be required to submit a return request at our Returns Centre. We will accept return of items provided the following criteria are met:
Further to this, our policy states that the following items cannot be returned for a refund:

Bundle item returns - If your return includes an item previously included in a discounted set bundle, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the full RRP of the product being kept.
You can exchange an item you have received for a different product variant (i.e. size or colour).
To lodge an exchange request, please choose this option on the return form. Once the exchange request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email detailing all of the necessary information to exchange a product.
You will be required to pay postage to return your initial product to us. When we receive the item you are returning, we will inspect it and then dispatch the alternative desired product to you at no additional shipping cost.

All returns are to be sent back to our UK warehouse facility. Once your return has been approved , you will be sent an email confirming the correct return address to be used.
Yes. Positive Outlook Clothing does not cover the cost of return postage or insurance. This is because we are a small company and cannot afford to offer free shipping and free return shipping at this time. Exceptions will be taken if you are returning an item due an error on our own behalf. Under these circumstances, we will ask you to send us your receipt of return postage and we will reimburse you for the expenses paid.
You are welcome to choose any courier service you wish, but we recommend using a postal service with a tracking number. Positive Outlook Clothing cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in the return process.
Once you have lodged your return request, our support team will determine whether or not we can approve this at the first opportunity. You will be notified about this via email.
If approved, you will be sent information regarding your return via email automatically. To support this process, please let us know when you have sent the parcel and the courier service you have chosen to use, through hello@positiveoutlookclothing.co.uk where possible.
Once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse, will be notify you via email and process a refund/exchange where appropriate, provided that our Return Policy criteria has been met. Please note that we will NOT be able to action these steps until the parcel has been received.

We work hard to ensure all of our products are carefully crafted to the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@positiveoutlookclothing.co.uk with a description and images of your product fault, within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you.
We can only accept the return of our products in their original Positive Outlook packaging, with all labels and hang-tags still intact.
We state this because sustainability is to our core and a lot of love, care and resources goes into the production of our Recycled Paper Packaging. We will always look to re-use or re-purpose this packaging wherever possible, or alternatively, ensure that it is responsibly recycled.
If we have approved the return of an item, however it arrives back to us in alternative packaging, we hold the right to cancel the return (and any refund associated with it) - unless prior approval has been provided by our support team. We pride ourselves on the level of care and attention that goes into fulfilling your orders. If, on the odd occasion, an error is made on our behalf we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will most likely ask you to arrange the return of the item back to us and to send us a copy of your return postage receipt. When we receive this, we will refund any postage paid and ship the correct item immediately.
Exemptions may be made for certain OUTLET items, where we may ask you to gift the incorrect item rather than return it to us. This is due to the unnecessary delivery costs and environmental impact attributed to return postage. In these events, we will dispatch the correct item with no shipping cost at the first opportunity.

This is common practice for E-commerce companies due to the hygiene issues surrounding certain products and the costs associated with return shipping of lower-priced items.
Although items purchased from the OUTLET are non-refundable they may be exchanged for another OUTLET item, subject to availability. We ask that you contact us at hello@positiveoutlookclothing.co.uk should you want to request an exchange of OUTLET items.
