Shipping

Wherever possible, we will endeavour to ship your order on the same day if ordered by 1 pm, or the day following receipt of your order. Times may increase during certain periods during bank holidays, Christmas etc. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled on the following Monday, whenever possible. 

Our standard delivery courier used is MyHermes, and packages are collected daily during weekdays. MyHermes emphasise that they are maintaining a good reliable service, and Positive Outlook has no reason to doubt this. MyHermes operatives are likely to be stretched during certain periods like national holidays and unforeseen circumstances.

All national/international and express orders carry a tracking no. We advise these services to ensure all parties involved are notified at each and every stage of delivery.

If you know that an order is probably due for delivery, we recommend be available at the address, where possible, to collect your order from your delivery driver.

UK Delivery

UK delivery has two courier options:

MyHermes Standard - Takes 2-3 working days (not guaranteed)

DHL Express - 1-2 working days (Next day if ordered before 1pm) Our express service is fully tracked and insured. 

We aim to despatch all orders that are placed before 1pm on any weekday, as long as the item you have ordered is in stock and there are no other issues. If you place an order over the weekend the order may be despatched on the following Monday. 

You will receive an email notifying when your order has been despatched.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods your order may be delayed in despatch by 2-3 days. We will always try to inform you if this is the case.

 

European Delivery

DHL Express typically takes 3-5 working days to EU locations but can take longer depending on the time of year and how far the destination is from the UK.

If your country is within Europe but outside of the EU then you are most likely liable to pay customs and duties.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

International Delivery

DHL Express usually takes 5-7 working days depending on the destination but can take longer under certain circumstances. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated times set out above then we have a few steps:

  1. Check with any neighbours to see if that package has been delivered to them without a note. 

  2. Check any potential 'safe places' your item may have been left in.

Items purchased from the outlet are non-refundable they may exchanged for another item subject to availability.
