This week we're looking back at the positive vibes we shared with you in February

We're so pleased to have brought back the Outlook this month so let's look back at the stories we shared with you and we look forward to more positive news in March!

PEOPLE  - Oscar climbing his Mount Everest

Six-year-old Oscar Burrow from Lancaster decided he would climb 12 of the highest mountains in the UK, the sum of which will equal the height of Mount Everest.

He embarked on this impressive challenge to raise money for "poorly children to go on holiday" thanks to the Derian House Children's Hospice in Chorley, which offers respite and palliative care to children, young people and their families.

He's so far raised over £11,000 (he had raised £3,000 at the start of this month!).

PLANET - Lots of love at Chester Zoo

For Valentine's Day we celebrated love in all its shapes and forms and shared to news of not one but two rare births at Chester Zoo in the New Year.

A Goodfellow's Tree-Kangaroo joey, born in July 2022, finally came out of his mum's pouch to explore the world. The birth was a first for Chester Zoo, one of the only two UK zoo caring for this species.

Western Chimpazee mum ZeeZee also welcomed a baby, to be named after a rock star, at the start of January.
