Creating a shared sense of community and purpose from being around like-minded people is something we strive to achieve. We take pride in every individual we’ve met throughout our journey, learning about what drives and inspires them each day. That’s why we met up with local running group, Spa Striders, to understand what tying up their laces and putting on those vests really means.

We learnt that being a part of a running group is more than just exercise. It’s an opportunity to discover your sense of freedom, a chance to clear your mind and benefit from having others around you. Challenges become targets, hurdles become goals; when you stride forward as one you’ll find a new sense of what’s possible.
