Our dispatch team may be small but will work quickly to ensure your order is packed and sent to you as soon as possible. If you need to make any changes to your order it will need to be before the order is fulfilled and sent out. To request a change in your order please contact us at hello@positiveoutlookclothing.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. We cannot always guarantee that changes will be possible after the order has begun being processed.
We accept online payments via credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard), American Express, GooglePay and Paypal If you wish to pay in 3 interest-free instalments (rather than up-front) you are able to utilise our Klarna payment option (for more information see ‘How can I shop using Klarna pay?’ below)
We are unable to cancel online orders once they have been placed. If you decide you no longer want an item after submitting an order, you will need to go through the standard returns process in order to receive a refund.

A confirmation email has been set-up to automatically send right after you complete your order online. If you do not receive this email soon, we recommend you also check your promotion/spam folder as they sometimes get filtered there. However, if you don’t receive the order confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, you can contact our team using hello@positiveoutlookclothing.co.uk . They will check the order was placed successfully and ensure a confirmation email is then sent.
Welcome to the Family! In order to redeem your 15% sign-up discount, we’ve really made it as simple as it can be! By clicking ‘Redeem now’ on your Welcome email, the discount code will be automatically embedded at checkout for your first order. Just make sure you select to approve our future emails as well so you don’t miss anything we share with you later.
Firstly, check the details you submitted when signing up to our emails as you may have missed a letter/number off your email address.
If everything is correct, it is probably because emails that come from companies tend to automatically get filtered into your promotions or spam folder. We’ve worked hard to minimize this by providing only useful information but if you’ve signed up and are not able to view our emails, it’s always worth checking these folders.

If you receive a discount code for subscribing to our mail list or via any of our weekly newsletters, the discount code will be automatically applied to your order at the check-out stage if you click through any link or image on the email. Alternatively, you can input a discount code directly into the relevant field at check-out.
Please note: Discounts cannot be multiplied or applied to items already discounted, including 'Bundle Products'
After you have added all of the items you are after to your shopping cart, go to the checkout page and enter your unique gift card code in the field below the products you have added and click 'Apply'. This should automatically deduct the value that was on your gift card from the checkout total.
Our online gift cards are sent via email to the email address you provide at checkout. Note: this can be a different email address to the one you provide for billing purposes. Please ensure you put the correct email address(es) in their corresponding fields to ensure your gift card is sent to the right person. Yes, regardless of whether you purchase an in-store or online gift card you will be able to use this in store or online. Our gift cards utilise a personalized discount code that can be applied in either setting to receive credit.
Rather than pay the full price upfront, some customers may wish to spread the cost across three interest-free payments using our Klarna payment option. This is a secure and trusted method of breaking down payments into smaller instalments. To select this option, select ‘Klarna’ at check-out and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
